No news is good news

Nothing much to report, which I guess means all is well. Surprisingly, Kristin and I did not take very many photos over Memorial Day weekend. This rare occurrence may have occurred as result of being extremely hungover. Or the kids just aren't that interesting anymore.

Anyway, below are the little things that have been going on (as told by my phone - yep, I'm still not using our new camera):

Cole lost his second tooth

The brothers get close while I cut the grass.

We cleaned the patio.

We went to a park.

We got the pontoon in the water. I also got pulled over by the police. Apparently people cannot stand on the front of the boat while it is moving. My Dad's bad attitude almost got me a ticket, but luckily he stayed quiet and let Officer Tony Tuff Nuts talk and he ended up not citing me. I guess I should have nicer comments for the guy since he let me off without a ticket, but he had a pretty classic boat cop attitude.

Cole went to bed with Tickle Monster gloves on.

I built a new bean bag set, which has me also considering selling all my tools so I never do a project again. This would result in more time, more money and less frustration. Seems like an easy call.

The boys got matching Spider Man shirts.

I surprised Kristin with a new grill. I don't think she was a thrilled as I was.

We have a lot of Tootsie Rolls and Double Bubble from the Memorial Day parade. I wish they threw out better candy.

Cole got his first trophy

He told me he was happier about getting the orange Popsicle (he's with Charlotte Kroner)

I should have got better pics, but the boys had a blast playing in the neighbor's trenches (they are putting on a garage addition. I'm super jealous).

Hen picking out his tball equipment.

Cole started tball

We went exploring in the Wrayburn Boulevard

The boys got fanny packs, so now they can carry their own snacks; although, they go through them more quickly. I also have a bad feeling Hen may be 25 and still wearing a fanny pack full of snacks.

  1. I love the fanny pack snack holder. :)
Way to go Charlotte and Cole on the trophies!
Love Henry's smile in the Spider-man t-shirt picture, way too cute.
