Easter and stuff

We had a good Easter and hope you all did as well. The boys had four egg hunts, a trip on the Easter Bunny train to the Elegant Farmer and got some pretty good baskets. Although, I told Kristin only one basket this year compared to the two last year. I was afraid the boys would notice and cry about it, but they were happy with the one.

Not really Easter news, but we thought it was funny. Henry has been really digging Bruce Springsteen lately and has had some rather amusing questions: 1) Was he really born in the U.S.A.? and 2) Does he know he is the boss? Yes and yes, Henry.

Easter weekend pics:

April Fools prank - no doughnuts bitches! Haha!

Hen's milk magically turned pink once poured in the bowl. April Fool!

Henry insisted on sliding down the wet slide prior to the EG Easter egg hunt.

Elm Grove Easter egg hunt.

I decided the boys should have some jersey's for playing basketball since our neighbors put up a hoop. They are pretending to dribble.

We also drove by some teens throwing around these big Styrofoam airplanes. It looked like fun, so we stopped by Hobby Lobby to get a couple. And they were fun, although they often got stuck in trees.

How cool is this fucking guy?!

Easter at the Great Grandparent's house. Kristin could not attend due to her barfing. The whole family agreed that Easter was particularly pleasant this year. Hmmm, I wonder what was the difference.

Other pics:

This goofball decided to make a gladiator helmet in the morning before school.

And even had time to color it.

This kid is getting so old. (So is Kristin.)

Cole has been writing stories. They aren't bad.

This is how they sometimes watch TV. Weird.

My first pinewood derby car (and Cole's). The inspection is tonight. I'm so afraid the car will get disqualified for some reason. There are like 5 pages of rules and car standards to follow. And I'm not that smart.

Cole got sick and barfed. Before that, Kristin got sick and barfed. Luckily Henry and I avoided the virus.

Giant Play-Doh ball. We later stuck sparklers in it, smashed it on the driveway and then repeatedly ran it over with my car. Good times.

Yep, that is Cole on the toilet. And yes, he is eating bacon.

Bye Bye Webster

Sorry, but most of this blog will have to be read with your head tilted sideways. The GD pictures wouldn't upload properly again and I'm not sure why. At times, blogger really sucks. I'll keep it short, so you don't get a neck ache.

Recently my Dad and I sold our apartment building and now the Webster Place house is gone. Things went well until some inspections found foundation issues and the roof blowing off the house (you could literally see outside when the wind blew). Then the buyer's underwriters were being difficult. It was a stressful couple days up to the closing, but in the end we closed and it's gone. The house and the neighborhood will be very missed.

We stopped by to grab some things and say goodbye. The boys loved running around the empty house (and did some break dancing).
