Door County

We took a trip to Door County in August. I want to say it was a great trip, but that seems a bit strong. It was a good trip. We did end up sending Kristin, Gus, and Lou home a day early (no need to say what the best day of the trip was). Gus and Lou just wouldn't sleep, so we (Kristin primarily) couldn't sleep and it was also just hard to do stuff with them around.

With that said, there was plenty of fun. We went to The Farm (twice), the Fun Park (twice), we took a fishing trip, went swimming, ate a lot of delicious stuff, and all got Door County shirts, except for Gus and Lou.

I will give a couple recommendations. Wild Tomato in Sister Bay. Pizza is super good and you should also get the Bread Basket. We also went to the One Barrel Brewing Company in Egg Harbor, which has a lot of outside space.

I took 237 pictures on vacation, and here they are...just kidding.

They didn't know what being called a dip meant, so this worked out.

I feel like a 10 year old should be able to eat an ice cream cone better than this.

Luckily Henry also caught a bigger one.

Captain Don

We took our mini golf seriously

First thing the bigs did with Mom gone was a zip line.

Yeah, not sure about this one.

Soda. It doesn't happen often, but we were on vacation and it is Cherry soda in Door County.

We strolled the marina in Egg Harbor and this is the boat Henry picked out for himself in the future.

We also liked this setup.

This was Cole's choice.

So many treats.

Late night movie and cards after Mom and babies left.

Cherry donuts

Candy store in Sturgeon Bay. They had a pretty impressive selection.
