Happy 2017!

Well, the holidays are over. We had a pretty good New Years Eve/New Years. I had the Friday before off, which was nice. The kids and I did some errands and went to the mall for lunch. Then Cole had his friend Charlie over. I hate keeping kids occupied, but Kristin was smart enough to hook us up with some activities. Hen painted a wood snake, they made t-shirts and Cole and Charlie put together a wood plane. I have no idea what we would have done if not for these activities.

I don't seem to have pictures from New Years Eve. We went to the Harlem Globtrotters game with the Normals. I think the kids liked it and seemed pretty amused. I got the delicious hot dog shown below, so I was happy. We also went for pizza with all grandparents at Balistreri's. Then Kristin and I left the boys with Normals and went to the Heerey's to ring in the New Year. I got pretty drunk, so I'm happy there are no pictures to post.  Henry and Kristin woke up the next day with the stomach flu so that sucked.

We wrapped up the holiday weekend with some scooter riding, smoothie making, soup cooking and I'm not sure what else. I presume it was all regular old family crap kinda stuff though.

It was definitely not warm enough for these get-ups but no one had energy to fight them

Three pots going. Not bad.

Have we ever mentioned that Henry likes to make a mess. The house is constantly a disaster of art supplies.

I got stuck with these three for awhile. Lunch and ice cream at Osgood's, Twister, Battleship, Gooey Louie and a Nerf gun battle (until someone got one in the face and cried). I'm assuming they all had fun.

Packers game! Look at these worthless fans. They get all dressed up and then all three just play on their Kindles/read their Nook. I'm making plans for the next game. Go Pack!

Still surprised Kristin put on a Packers jersey, even as a joke. She never looked so good though.
