Prank Wars

The Fuchs family has started prank wars. There have actually only been two pranks completed, but hopefully there are more to come. It started with Kristin and Henry threatening to prank Cole and I, but the first prank was on Kristin. The boys and I tried to trick her in thinking we were just sitting down to eat when she got home around 8pm. Really the boys were showered and ready for bed. Yeah, I know. Hilarious. We only had about 10 minutes to come up with something before she got home.

The other prank was done to Cole and I. Kristin and Henry switched out our underwear drawers. Jokes on them though, I looked pretty good in a pair of Cole's tighty whities.

So, please text me directly if you have some good prank ideas. Preferably pranks that the boys and I can pull on Kristin.

Otherwise, things are pretty typical in the Fuchs household (pictures below to prove it)...

Big eats made his own cheeseburger pizza.

As shared on Instagram, Henry made a fruit taco and Cole a pepperoni, cheese, pickles and mustard taco. Yuck.

We tried to put Henry in storage, but they wouldn't have him. We understood.

Hanging out between Cole's two soccer games. Henry brought his wife to hang out with him.

We also got Henry a kid's Camel Bak which turned out to be a bad idea because he had to pee 6x at the soccer park

We celebrated Uncle Dan's bday with a Packer game, lots of food and some shuffle board. It was a nice little Sunday.

Apple picking at the Elegant Farmer with the Heerey's.

Cole was super into guiding (=bossing) us all around so we could try all the different apple varieties

I don't know....I'm not all that scared

Finally emptied out some change that has been sitting in the basement for far too long. I was only $30 off with my guess. I forget what it was, but can tell you the bank teller was not happy to see us on a Friday afternoon.

I found this pic and I don't think we ever posted it. I forget who took it, but Henry looks like he has quite the ups.

Two on Two and Two in School

Earlier this summer Cole learned how to ride a two wheeler. We had no plans to teach Henry, but he started having some interest while biking in the Heerey's driveway and would borrow Janie's Strider bike. Those seem to work awesome by the way. Anyway, we took Hen out to Tonawanda and he got it down in no time. Soon we'll get Kristin up on two wheels and go for some family bike rides.

Cole and Henry both started school on Thursday. I wonder what the grandmas will do with all their free time. Our budget also improves as Haley, our Friday nanny, had her last day. The biggest negative is the increase in emails I get. I've probably gotten about 50 school related emails already. With two in school, I can't imagine the number of notices and reminders, etc. that I will be receiving. I don't think it's worth being a well informed, involved parent. I may have to leave that to Kristin.

Cole, I love you buddy, but you are destroying pictures. He is actually getting worse at taking pictures, which I'm not sure how that's possible. He was bad to begin with and we take thousands of them. His eyes are always going all over the place (never straight ahead), which looks goofy and his missing front teeth don't do him any favors. He makes my parents look photogenic (love ya 'rents).

We celebrated a successful first day of school at Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub. And got a monster pretzel. Super delicious (props to the Milwaukee Pretzel Company).

We also recently had the final day of Ninja class, which ended in an obstacle race. Sadly, the boys did not place. Cole claims he finished in fourth place, but provided no evidence to back that up. The boys are now signed up for more karate classes or whatever this dojo teaches.

Looks like Hen tuckered himself out pretty good after running the race.

Random pics...boys like to get at my hair gel every once in awhile now.
