Summer continues...

We finally have a trailer. Yep, that's the most exciting thing going on in my life in the month of July. Maybe it'll be the highlight of 2020 (it has been a bad year in many ways).

My other highlight is certainly our fireworks show on the 4th. We took two trips to the fireworks store and got a couple big guys. They were awesome (and I still have all my fingers). A cop drove by right after our show, but he just kept on going, so no trouble there. I'm not sure how the EG feels about fireworks, but I'm sure we'll find out next year when I double our fireworks budget.

Oh yeah, and we sucked again at the pinewood derby and Henry got braces.

Bird watching. Although, the birds eat the seed so quick our feeders are almost always empty. I can't keep up.

I need to label pics. I was going to say Lou is on the left, but I doubt we broke our rule, so Lou is in blue on the right. I think.

Henry makes the best snow cones. Such a good investment on his part.

Trailer in use! This would have been about 20 trips in my car.

Kroner's, Heerey's, and us

What do you do when you are sick of watching your pinewood derby car lose?...catch a butterfly. Sorry buddy. Another failed year.

No braces.

Braces. (excellent blue and green color choice)

Geez Cole. You best be careful here.

New outdoor TV. Not yet mounted, but soon. And Brewers lost their opener.

I'd like to say they actually finished this puzzle, but they didn't. No pieces came together, and I think we likely lost a few.

Gus and Lou love being ghosts. And then Gus will say "Oooh, spooky."

June 2020

So the biggest happenings in June is certainly Kristin going back into the office and boys starting camp. This is big news because I don't think Kristin was having a blast trying to work from home with all those kids around. The big boys were also probably close to murdering each other. They have just spent too much time together during this lock down and started to fight constantly. Baseball also started recently and we are getting back into a bit of a groove again.

As a projc scouts the boys made tigers with a nice message on it to help people keep spirits high through the pandemic.

Went to the Kiltie drive in for dinner. The waitresses really hustle there. It also makes me miss the lake cottage days and being young. Lots of kids ending their day at the lake. The food is not good though. Seriously, not good.

Kristin tried out the blow dart gun. No one can deny the fun of this activity.

Watch out!

Birthday boy. 9 years old.

Got the hover board that he really really wanted.

Cole got a night ball.

Did not like the visor.

Henry also picked Zisters for his birthday dinner outing.

Drive through end of school pizza party. Bye Mrs. Frias. Thanks for dealing with another Fuchs.

Went fishing.

Caught my first bass of the season. Hopefully more to come because this is as about small as they come.

Kids loved hand-lining.

Father's Day hike. This was my bad idea. The twins were a struggle.

We watched Indiana Jones, now the boys most favorite movie series. We're looking forward to the new one coming out next year.

Grandpas, with staining help from DJ, fixed up our play set. Good as new!
